Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule glazing jobs across multiple regions.
* Interpret job details to ensure accurate planning and execution.
* Partner with glaziers and internal teams to manage timelines and expectations.
* Keep customers informed with clear, proactive communication.
* Manage high job volumes and competing priorities with confidence.
* Work with third‐party providers to support job delivery where required.
* Maintain accurate, real‐time updates across systems.
* Use Simpro daily to schedule, track, and manage job workflows.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
About You
* 3–5 years' experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles.
* Strong Simpro experience (highly regarded) or similar job management systems.
* Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* Clear, professional communication skills with a strong customer focus.
* Proactive mindset with a natural ability to problem‐solve.
* Experience within trades, construction, or service‐based industries is advantageous.
