Position: Integrations Specialist

Our SAAS platform is used by thousands of Hotels, Conference Centres, Stadiums and other specialty venues to manage their inventory, rates and availability of function space and group accommodation. The software enables our customers to move from clunky old software or manual processes to beautiful cloud-based tools that help bring together their entire events strategy.
As a Integrations Specialist at iVvy, your role is to review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs for the suite of iVvy integrations. You will need to understand potential projects from a business and technical perspective. You will need to analyze customer requirements, define scope and objectives and document technical development requirements.
About the role:
* Focused on definition and management of extension development
* Management of integration delivery projects fromconceptualisationtogeneral availability
* Translating customer requirements into technical development requirements
* Assistingdevelopers and quality assurance engineers to understand requirements
* Manage all scope changes to design proposals that can be driven by any key stakeholders (e.g.client demands, businessobjectives, development restrictions etc.)Assessment and triage of bugs related tointegrations/extensions
* Assistingclients with extension onboarding and configuration
* Administering and configuringintegrationsmiddleware
* Produce technical and end user documentation to enable support and onboarding
* Flexible working hours – Preferred 12:00 to20:00 AEST
About you:
* Strong Project Management skills and a proven approachto project delivery andprioritisation
* Experience with integration developmentutilisingAPI/webhooks/websockets
* Experience with managing end to end deliverables, fromconceptualisationto clienton-boarding
* Ability toprioritisecompeting customer demands
* Creative thinker with the confidence to influence solution design
* Experience in agile/scrum development teams
* A passion for executing on product roadmaps,gatheringand prioritizing product requirements, interacting with customers and internal teams to understand their needs
* Strong analytical capabilities, requirement elicitation,problemand impact analysis experience
* Proven experience collaborating with high performance, multi-disciplinary teams.
* Experience in the hospitality industry and with PMS (Property Management Systems) a bonus
