Job Overview
The role of Strategic Leader involves providing expert guidance and leadership in the development and implementation of strategic objectives for children and young people, their parents, and carers.
* Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve optimal outcomes for children and young people.
* Manage budgets and resources to support the delivery of Children in Care and Leaving Care Services.
* Chair relevant panels and participate in high-level meetings such as the Quality Assurance Board and Corporate Parenting Board.
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners and stakeholders to promote corporate parenting responsibilities.
* Understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Diploma in Social Work.
* Registration with Social Work England.
