Guest Service Agent Role
We are seeking an individual who can deliver exceptional customer service to join our team as a Guest Service Agent at QT Canberra.

Responsibilities:
* Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs efficiently
* Manage cash handling and credit card transactions accurately
* Take guest reservations promptly and manage internal/external calls professionally
* Coordinate daily with internal departments
* Support the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager as required
