CJD Equipment is seeking a skilledWorkshop Technician to join our highly experienced Hobart team. You'll get hands-on experience working withKENWORTH, DAF, and FUSO trucks, as well as VOLVO construction equipment. Our mechanics take pride in delivering top-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction by getting the job done right the first time
What You'll Be Doing:
* Working on industry-leading trucks and equipment.
* Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing to customer and CJD standards.
* Utilizing computer-based service diagnostics and your knowledge of parts.
* Maintaining exceptional safety and quality workmanship standards.
What We're Looking For:
Your application will stand out if you have:
* AnAustralian-recognized Heavy Diesel Motor Mechanic trade certificate .
* Experience inmaintenance, service, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy vehicles, including electrical diagnostics and repairs.
* Aproactive approach to safety —your well-being matters to us
* Competency withPC programs and diagnostic equipment .
* Experience intransport (HV) and/or earthmoving equipment .
* Astellar attitude and strong communication skills .
