About Ripley Central State School:
Ripley Central State School (Prep to year 6) is located in the growing Ripley area and opened in Term 1, 2023 (on 23rd January).
We are planned in stages of development to cater for just over 1200 students. The school site is situated in an estate named Ripley Valley and will be located on Binnies Road. Access to our administration is via Gazania Street, with a parent and visitor carpark for easy access.

Role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Management of facility hire including Canteen & OSHC contracts
2. Replacement of teaching & non-teaching staff and management of NCT (early start required)
3. Reconciliation of corporate card
4. Purchasing / Procurement
5. Assist with management of Student Resource Scheme
6. Assist Business Manager with management and co-ordination of resources and asset management including asset register and stocktakes
7. Accounts Payable
8. Centrepay receipts
9. Debtor Management and Dunning process
10. Key register
11. Management of TLM and timesheets
12. HR Casual Claims
13. One School, ID Attend, Passtab entries
14. Reception duties as required
15. Assist with administering of student medication as required
16. Other duties as directed by the Principal and Business Manager
