Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
* Hire and train employees on company policies, evaluate their performance, and foster a positive work environment.
* Adhere to all store operations and procedures, including workplace conduct policies.
* Assist with taking customer orders, following sanitary and food control procedures, and handling cash transactions.
* Maintain working knowledge of approved products and formulas.
* Ensure proper staffing based on sales volume or supervisor approval.
* Open and operate the store during approved hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A high school diploma
* At least 3 years of management experience at a restaurant chain
* A proven track record managing COGS and labor
* Ability to work flexible hours, including 50+ hours per week and two weekend closing shifts
