We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Advisor to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries, respond to emails and drive-ins in a timely and professional manner
* Process stock orders efficiently and effectively
* Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and data
* Communicate with customers regarding order status and provide updates as necessary
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the automotive industry is preferred
* DMS Systems, SAP, MS Office Suite proficiency is required
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
