What you'll be doing:
- Deliver monthly management reports, forecasts and variance analysis for site operations
- Partner with departmental leaders to monitor mobile plant performance and cost control
- Build and maintain cost models for business improvement and budget tracking
- Manage capital expenditure processes and support approvals and reporting
- Maintain ledgers, fixed asset registers and reporting
- Provide cashflow forecasts, support audits and respond to statutory obligations
- Contribute to LOM and budget processes, and present financial results to site leadership
- Actively support site safety and HSEC reporting protocols
You will be a great fit, if you are:
- CA, CPA or equivalent qualified. Those not qualified or studying towards will still be considered
- Proven experience in a mining or similar project, cost & CAPEX focused environment.
- Experience working in an international business with overseas reporting lines.
- Confident and concise communicator, capable to providing influence with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Problem solver mentality
- A commercial mindset and able to look for opportunity to improve and create efficiencies.
- Systems savvy with experience using complex, multi-faceted systems
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
