About The Opportunity
Croydon and Wantirna.
We are seeking experienced and reliable professionals who have previously worked in educational environments or similar settings. The successful candidates will be confident in writing detailed incident reports, conducting regular patrols, and maintaining a strong presence on site to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff, students, and visitors. You will be proactive, observant, and comfortable walking the campus, responding to incidents, and supporting a safe and secure environment at all times.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional security and customer service
* Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
* Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support
* Assess and address potential risks
* Manage access control
* Write incident reports and maintain data logs
Key Selection Criteria
* Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification
* Have proven experience in the security industry
* Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Can work collaboratively in a team or independently
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
Rostered Hours
Casual hours – we require flexible availability from Monday to Sunday, including both morning and evening shifts.
