Job Title: Assistant Service Manager
About the Role
Aon is seeking an experienced professional to lead a team in its Client Service broker support area. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home and our Aon office.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping Aon improve its customer service delivery program, engaging on key projects, formulating plans for team development, and servicing key corporate accounts.
Responsibilities
* Provide operational support and act as a subject matter expert
* Support the Service Manager with escalations and assist with day-to-day team running
* Directly work with brokers to assist with client needs, preparing renewals, working with insurers, and completing administration tasks
* Build and maintain effective relationships with staff and stakeholders, identifying and supporting process improvement opportunities
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Strong administration and customer service skills
* Ability to coach and mentor staff members, influence, and negotiate effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Excellent relationship building skills, analytical thinking, and organisational skills
