**About the Role**
- Fulfil all recordkeeping responsibilities in accordance with relevant Information Standards and associated guidelines.
- Manage inbox correspondence
- Provide high level, confidential administrative support including the coordination and preparation of documentation, agendas, minutes and presentations
- Provide financial administrative support to the business by undertaking activities associated with procurement, budgeting and accounts payable and receivable
- Provide a high level of customer service for both internal and external stakeholders
**About You**
- Previous experience working as an Admin / Business Support Officer
- Must be a competent user of software and technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an aptitude for managing communications with stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to show initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
