The Merchant Services Production Support team is a global group responsible for monitoring and tracking merchant services production systems. The group collaborates closely with the business and provides application support. The team interacts closely with the development and infrastructure teams to track and manage all production incidents and ensure they are properly documented. As a member of this team, you will join a global team based in several locations whose primary focus will be on providing frontline support for US-based merchants ranging from small businesses to large hospital systems.
