Join our team, where you’ll work with a dedicated maintenance crew ensuring the reliability and performance of heavy mobile equipment.About the Role:As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and maintenance of a fleet of underground mobile plant equipment, including:Ancillary equipment such as IT loaders, Telehandlers, Agi’s & SpraymecsKey Responsibilities:Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on heavy diesel equipmentPerform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairsConduct inspections to ensure equipment safety and complianceWork collaboratively with the maintenance team to improve fleet reliabilityMaintain accurate service records and follow site safety proceduresWhat We’re Looking For:Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent)Experience in underground mining maintenance (preferred but not essential)Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsCommitment to workplace safety and complianceAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamWhat’s on Offer?Competitive remuneration packageFlights and accommodation providedPermanent, full-time position with job securityCareer progression and training opportunitiesSupportive team environment with a strong safety cultureConditions:Commute options include residential, DIDO or FIFO from Brisbane or Sydney.Candidates interested in DIDO or FIFO will be provided with single accommodation plus meals at the mine camp, and commute to and from site.
