Whether it's morning coffee or sunset dinners, you'll be part of a team serving up great food in a laid-back, coastal setting.
This position is casual, with extra hours able to be picked up during busy periods.
Responsibilities
* Assist with food storage and prep, including sorting deliveries, chopping produce, and preparing sauces
* Maintain high hygiene standards and follow safe food handling practices
* Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas; manage waste and recycling
* Support a respectful, team-oriented environment and contribute to continuous improvement
* Follow WHS procedures, report hazards, and safely handle approved cleaning chemicals with PPE
About You
* Knowledge of HACCP and accredited Food Safety Training
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive team player with strong communication skills
* Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
* Confident using kitchen equipment, cleaning tools, and PPE
* Committed to safe food handling and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment
