This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Disability/Community Services professional to become our Regional Manager leading our Adelaide Hills & Strathalbyn team.
As the Regional Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality client services and lead a passionate team to ensure exceptional outcomes for the people we support.
You will be key escalation point for complex client and staff matters overseeing strategic workforce development that supports organisational goals and enhance Livit Disability Support as a leader of quality, person-centred services.

Reporting to the Director Client Services your duties will include but won't be limited to:
* Act as the first point of call for enquiries of prospective clients and coordinate client onboarding
* Analyse enquiries and service requests to inform workforce planning, respond to market demand, and identify opportunities for growth
* Ensure efficient use of organisational resources through good practices and management of regional budget
* Ensure delivery of safe and high quality supports by undertaking regular site visits to oversee all matters including tenancy, WHS, medication and restrictive practice.
* Liaise with Clients, families/caregivers, and funding bodies on complex matters, and proactively collaborate with all business units and external partners.
* Maintain a skilled team that embodies CLA culture and practices, undertaking regular performance management and mentoring to empower staff.
What we're looking for
* Diploma of Business or equivalent or 5+ years' experience in business management
* Hold and maintain a NDIS Worker Check, DHS Working with Children Check and DHS General Probity Screening
* A current Australian driver's licence and the ability to travel to regional services
* Safe Environments for Children & Young People training
