* Deliver high-impact reports packed with precision, clarity, and actionable intelligence.
* Support senior advisors with compelling presentations, persuasive proposals, and standout submissions.
* Collaborate across disciplines to design smart, tailored solutions that make a difference.
* Strengthen relationships with clients and internal experts to stay ahead of industry trends.
* Enhance internal databases to power next-level analysis and forecasting.

Qualifications
* Exceptional analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
* A degree in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge in at least one property asset class (Retail, Industrial, Residential, Office, Data Centres, Life Sciences, etc.).
* Proven background in market research, economic analysis, development advisory, portfolio review, or asset optimization.
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. GIS or Estate Master experience is ideal.
* Confident interpreting complex property, economic, and demographic datasets.
* Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making instincts.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to add value.
* Highly organized with excellent time management and a sharp eye for accuracy.
