$350-$400 per day Super | 35hours per week NSW State Government | Hybrid – Gosford WFH ASAP Start| Estimated 2-month assignment, potential to extend About the Company Our large NSW State Government client functions as a service provider to support sustainable government finances, major public works and maintenance programs, government procurement, information and technology, corporate shared services, consumer protection as well as land and property administration. About the Role They are currently seeking a professional Project Support Officer to join their team in Gosford with some flexibility to work from home a few days per week. This is an estimated 2month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend. As a Project Support Officer, you will be required to provide a wide range of business and administrative services to support the delivery of NSW projects Responsibilities Deliver end to end project support services to the team Track, monitor and report on project plans, status updates, budgets, milestones, and deliverables Respond to enquiries, escalate issues as required, delivering professional customer service Complete diary and travel management Schedule and coordinate meetings and events Coordinate and arrange equipment, catering and overall presentation for meetings and events Preparation of documentation including agenda’s, meeting minutes, memo’s, briefing notes, correspondence and reports Undertake research, gathering and collating information to support informed decision-making outcomes Inbox management, generating correspondence Update and maintain information in systems, database and spreadsheets to support project delivery Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements About You Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and TRIM High attention to detail Proactive, determined and resilient Requirements Demonstrated Projects, Programs, Administration or Business Support experience Capability to work across numerous projects simultaneously Secretariat experience preferred NSW Public Sector experience desirable Willingness to undergo a National Police Check Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
