**Position overview**
The ANU School of Art & Design and School of Music (SoMAD) are serviced by an overreaching Administration and Operations team. Within our team, we currently have a vacancy for a continuing position as Engagement and Impact Officer, after-hours event support in our Operations team.
The role of an Engagement and Impact Officer is to provide comprehensive support for a diverse range of event, outreach, stakeholder engagement, media, research and research impact activities across the School of Music and the School of Art & Design. This position is fulltime, and hours of work will span both business and after-hours, so applicants will require flexibility in their availability.
The Engagement and Impact Officer works closely with the Administrative and Technical support teams and liaises closely with academic staff members and College functional teams. They provide assistance in a wide range of services including art and music event coordination and planning, guiding clients through the University's policies, procedures and guidelines to support and coordinate initiatives that align to the School's strategic goals.
