Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Office Administrator to join our Darwin team on a part-time or flexible basis. Cell Engineering is a progressive Electrical Engineering service provider and a supplier of choice known for delivering quality results innovative solutions and leading Engineering ExCellence. Based in our Darwin office you will manage day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the facility supporting a team that values strong customer relationships and personal service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain office supplies equipment and facilities to ensure the office is clean organised and presentable at all times.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments office events and conferences.
* Act as the first point of contact answering and directing phone calls and emails with professionalism.
* Provide administrative support to the team including formatting Word documents preparing reports and maintaining training records.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail packages and organise the purchase order register.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and coordinate travel bookings with preferred suppliers.
What You Will Bring to the Role
* 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software with a high attention to detail when managing documentation.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks prioritise and manage time effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and autonomously while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
* Proactive problem-solving skills to address risks delays or issues with solutions
