This role is based within the Surgical Services Department, a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting 15 operating theatres. Specialties include:Orthopaedics, Multi-Trauma, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Head & Neck, Vascular, Angiography, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, ENT, and General Surgery.About YouThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong planning, prioritising, and organisational skills to achieve work outcomes.\High attention to detail and accuracy across a range of systems and administrative processes.Effective listening and questioning skills, especially in a customer service setting.Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.Confidence using a variety of electronic systems and software tools.Support/TrainingThe successful applicant will receive comprehensive support through an induction and training program, which includes both face-to-face and online training, along with mentorship to facilitate a smooth transition into the role. We ideally would like to roster 2 weeks of training to begin with.
