Financial Clerk Role:

This is a full-time position for a Financial Clerk responsible for recording financial transactions, preparing and maintaining financial reports, reconciling accounts, managing journal entries, and utilizing accounting software to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all financial tasks: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, BAS, reconciliations, reporting
* Support the team with customer service and office administration
* Assist in keeping orders, inventory, and suppliers moving

Requirements:

* 3+ years experience in financial or administrative roles (ideally in a business-to-business or inventory-based organization)
* Advanced Xero skills (certified even better)
* Confident with numbers, systems, and task management
* Positive, proactive, and thrives in a small, agile team
