**Project Scheduler**
The successful Project Scheduler will work with the Project Managers to ensure that all projects are scheduled and resourced. They also provide technical coaching and mentoring to project teams less familiar with creating plans to deliver complex projects and programs.
This role will require an
**NV1 security clearance** and will work closely with the project team whilst also working independently on the development and delivery of the solution.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules
- Work collaboratively with Program Managers and Project Managers to ensure that related strategies and methods are integrated within the project schedules
- Perform project schedule analysis activities
- Maintain the project schedule baseline and report variances to Program Manager
- Produce weekly customer facing schedules as required
- Work in conjunction with relevant project managers to understand current and emerging requirements to enable effective resource planning
**Essential Experience**
- Demonstrated 3+ years' experience providing ICT Project Management, Release Management or Scheduling in an ITIL operational or engineering environment.
- Experience in running a team with regular cadence (e.g. sprints/retro's, planning) and keeping them on track.
- Microsoft Products
- MS Project/PWA (Project Web Access)
- PowerPoint
- Familiar with different project methodologies, Agile, Scaled Agile, Lean.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Provide high levels of quality and accuracy.
**Desirable Experience**
- Demonstrated experience and exposure to project management activities including the methods and principles associated with planning and schedule construction
- Exposure to DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Sound analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Change Management experience
**NV1 Security Clearance is required as a minimum for this position.**
