Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to oversee client relationships and daily account operations, ensuring efficient recruitment processes and seamless service delivery through effective internal and client-facing coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit quotes for approval
* Raise and manage purchase orders
* Review and reconcile supplier and contractor invoices
* Complete monthly contractor reports
* Generate and review plant utilisation reports
* Review and update new policies and procedures as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Proven strong administration experience in a similar role
* A valid driver's license
* Management or supervisory experience in a related field (desirable)
* Exposure to recruitment or labour hire environments (advantageous)
* A construction industry induction card (or willingness to obtain)
