About the role
This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to shape CMV Group's corporate voice and lead inspiring communication initiatives that strengthen our brand and engage our people.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll:
* Craft compelling content across internal and external channels, from blogs and social media to eDMs and corporate publications.
* Lead and mentor the Marketing Projects Coordinator and Internal Events Coordinator, building a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
* Work closely with department leaders, including People & Culture to deliver communications that connect, inform, and inspire.
* Partner with our Group Foundation and Volunteering Program Coordinator to share stories that showcase our impact and encourage involvement.
* Champion our brand standards and ensure every message reflects our values.
Skills / Experience and Qualifications
* A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, or similar.
* 3+ years' experience in marketing/communications roles, with proven success in corporate communications.
* Exceptional writing skills, editorial judgment, and attention to detail.
* Experience with Adobe InDesign & Photoshop
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Digital fluency and creative flair
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
