HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded mid-sized Brisbane law firm to find an experienced PA / Paralegal to support their Property & Planning team. This is a varied and hands-on support role assisting a Director, Associates and a Lawyer across property, conveyancing and planning matters.
This opportunity would suit an experienced legal support professional, or a law student with strong admin skills who is available full-time and committed long-term.

The role
* Provide proactive PA support to the Director and legal team
* Assist with property, conveyancing and planning matters
* Manage PEXA documentation and settlements (experience required)
* Coordinate diaries, meetings and general administration
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders and assist with file management
About you
* Previous experience in property/conveyancing support (PEXA essential)
* Strong PA and administrative skills, including diary management
* Proactive, organised and confident working across multiple matters
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Full-time availability (law students welcome if 2+ years from graduating)
