Responsibilities
Provide high-quality front-end advisory work and specialist litigation across a broad range of matters.
Handle environmental and planning approvals for major projects.
Address land access, native title and cultural heritage issues.
Advise and dispute across multiple jurisdictions, supporting energy, resources, renewables and infrastructure developments.
Report directly to a partner with over 20 years' experience in environmental and planning law.
Qualifications
Proven experience in environment & planning, native title, land access or related areas.
Strong written and analytical skills with sound judgement and reasoning ability.
Comfort working across jurisdictions and handling both advisory and contentious matters.
A genuine commitment to continual learning and delivering outstanding client service.
