The Opportunity lies in the heart of Ashurst Advance Digital, our technology and experience powerhouse. We collaborate with New Law business to develop differentiated services for clients, embedding digital as a competency for the whole firm through developing and enabling future-fit tools, capabilities, and mindsets.
As a Database Developer, you will specify, create, maintain, and connect databases within our Azure environments. You'll work alongside cross-functional agile teams, alongside the Labs team to create and support client-facing solutions and internal initiatives. With increasing digitization of legal work, structuring, storing, and manipulating client data and content is a key differentiator.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Minimum of three years of experience in database engineering or administration, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
Proficiency in Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure data services.
Expertise in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
Experience and confidence with development tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
Passion for working proactively in a fast-paced environment.
