**ABOUT YOU**
- Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or similar, desirable but not essential.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration role.
- Prior experience within a large, complex organisation with a broad range of business operations, products and services.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation. Thoroughness in completing tasks and following up as required.
**KEY TASKS**
- Ensure accounts payable invoices are managed and cleared on a regular basis.
- Ensure all billing is completed in a timely manner and in adherence with specific contract terms.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Teams, achieving key timelines for work.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for site blue collar personnel as required.
- Assist new suppliers and subcontractors with access to systems.
- General duties to support the efficient running of the office/depot.
