Coming from large format retail and sales management, you will able to demonstrate working closely with a huge team to increase results, develop skills and most importantly inspire a change in culture. Operationally you will be across all facets of retail business management; including but not limited to overseeing and affecting sales and GP reports as well as managing a huge back-end warehouse of products. You will be confident in strategically planning for business growth while enforcing and promoting company expectations, and be accountable for every aspect of your store presentation. Most important to your success in this role, you will be seasoned in the art of people management and love developing a team from the ground up.
