Who We're Looking For
Qualified Boilermakers
* Trade Certificate / Certificate of Proficiency
* Ability to pass welding qualifications
* Drawing interpretation & project scope understanding
* Strong communication & work ethic
* WHS Construction card
* Working at Heights
* Driver's licence & transport
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical (incl. D&A)
* Willingness to work overtime when required
Riggers / Crane Operators
* Relevant high risk & rigging qualifications
* Strong safety mindset
* Experience working across construction, mining, or infrastructure sites
* Ability to travel to project sites across NSW
* Strong communication & teamwork skills
* WHS Construction card
* Working at Heights
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
Bonus Points For:
* Rail Industry Worker Training
* Multi skilled tickets and additional high risk certifications
* Mining-specific inductions
* Order 43 Medical clearance
* Experience working on major infrastructure projects
