**Job Description**:
The Western Force are a seeking an Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract with an opportunity to extend.
This is versatile role that is primarily aimed at providing administrative and processing support in the areas of accounts payable and payroll within the Finance team.
The role requires accurate and timely payments to suppliers and employees whilst maintaining related records to comply with organisational and legal requirements.
The position will also be required to contribute to ongoing projects including the transition and integration of new software.
**Qualifications**:
Certificate IV in Payroll Administration would be highly regarded.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in a high volume and fast-paced Payroll/ Accounts Payable environment.
Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organisation.
Strong attention to detail.
Confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
Intermediate excel skills highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Proven experience in project related payroll work, including implementation of new systems and/or processes.
Experience in a range of Payroll and Accounting Software Products.
Advanced computing skills in MS Office suite.
