What you'll be doing
* Manage the reception area and handle all incoming phone calls, emails in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation and organisation
* Assist with the coordination of staff schedules, travel arrangements and meeting coordination
* Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
