Your new company
This national company that operates in an exciting industry is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be based in their Newstead offices, which are located close to some public transport options and street parking is available close by.
Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up new employees in HRIS system
- Weekly payroll processing
- Award / employment agreement interpretation
- Handling payroll queries via phone and email
- Assisting with payroll reporting
- Handling payroll queries via phone and email
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Previous payroll experience within a medium to larger workplace
- Previous experience with award interpretation
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
