This unique role is based in our central city office in your hometown in either Perth, Brisbane or Sydney. As an administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the Safety & Quality Team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collate and produce relevant reports on data from Health and safety performance (CHESS)
- Writing and updating training modules on CHESS and CHESS mobile app. Updating safety documents with changes made to the system.
- Collate and update data for Leadership Interactions Metrics, updating the backend spreadsheet.
- Provide site and office support as required, including sending HSEQ supplies to sites, new site starter packs, SAM and OFI books, HSEQ posters, stickers, data loggers, etc. Sending Covid poster and decal packs Nationally.
- Oversees the duties and tasks of Compass Return-to-work team members as part of their injury management programme, assisting with calibration of probes and putting together site starter packs.
**Our Future Colleague**:
- Possess a sound knowledge of HSEQ Management Systems preferably with recognised qualifications or significant progress towards attaining them.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft office, with particular skills in data management and analysis in Excel.
- Demonstrate experience in an administration role particularly with the handling and manipulation of data within web-based databases.
- Have great oral and written communication skills.
