Your Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and action sales activities within designated territories and key accounts.
* Analyse sales performance and report weekly/monthly forecasts.
* Contribute to maintaining sales of products by identifying inventory needs and ensuring timely deliveries.
* Engage with customers to update store layouts and in-store relays, and attend trade events as required.
* Support, implement and monitor key marketing initiatives, and promote new product launches.
* Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with top ten customers in the territory.
* Maintain weekly call plans captured in Sales Force to ensure maximum service levels.
* Liaise with customers to discuss concerns or complaints, instigating corrective action where required.
Requirements
* Sales and/or industry knowledge.
* Construction trade experience would be advantageous.
* Knowledge and understanding of the commercial and construction industry.
* Strong sales influencing and interpersonal skills.
* Able to manage a portfolio of accounts and grow new business.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
* Must have full driver's license and full working rights in Australia.
