SALES ADMINISTRATOR – NICHOLLS MACHINERY
Bunbury Machinery & Nicholls Machinery have been established for nearly 50 years in the South West of Western Australia. Our Dealerships have vast experience in supplying a wide range of Agricultural and Construction equipment both new and second hand. Our Company stands for quality franchises, quality service and sales backup.
We are seeking an administrator to support our sales team in Busselton. Experience in a dealership environment will be a distinct advantage, but we will be offering training and support for the successful candidate.
You will be responsible for creating and administering sales orders, liaising with our customers and supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Do you enjoy working with a diverse range of people? Do you have great computer skills? If you answered yes, and you are ready to jump in, make it your own all while using your customer service and administration skills to assist our team, then this is the role for you
Key Requirements
* Proactive and focused
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders with a mindset of continuous improvement
* Experience with customer order management or within a sales environment is desirable but not essential
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to learn and master new software
* Experience working in agriculture or construction is desirable but not essential
