They are looking for a HVAC Project Manager that wants to join the business at an exciting time and grow with the business
As a HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from award through to commissioning and handover
* Managing project programmes, budgets, cost forecasts, and commercial performance
* Coordinating subcontractors, site activities, procurement, and commissioning works
* Ensuring WHS, QA, and regulatory compliance across all project sites
* Providing technical and engineering leadership to optimise design, installation, and performance outcomes
* Managing client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships, including progress reporting, variations, and risk management
We are keen to speak with candidates who have 5+ years' experience delivering commercial HVAC and mechanical projects as Mechanical Project Manager, HVAC Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer. If you hold qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Construction Management we would love to have a conversation. You will be offered a salary between $160-180K (plus Super) depending on experience and will also be provided with company vehicle
