Your new role
* Lead the structural design and analysis of buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
* Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
* Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
* Conduct structural inspections, site visits, and oversee construction as needed.
* Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
* Perform peer reviews and quality checks to ensure design accuracy and safety.
* Support business development by contributing to proposals, cost estimates, and client presentations.
What you'll need to succeed
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
* Licenced Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status required.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering roles.
* Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, Revit, AutoCAD).
* Comprehensive knowledge of local and international building codes (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE, Eurocode).
* Strong project management and communication skills.
