Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Development Centre, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences daily, directly contributing to our sales and customer retention targets while supporting our Mercedes-Benz Car and Van sales teams and retailer network.

What you'll do:
* Deliver an exceptional End of Finance Customer experience
* Offer Finance and Insurance solutionsto help customers trade up to a new Mercedes-Benz vehicle or refinance their existing loan
* Boost conversion and leadsfrom our online engagement tools and campaigns
* Drive customer retentionby identifying the perfect time for early changeover
* Manage leads proactivelythroughout the sales funnel for both new and existing customers
* Identify Insurance cross-sale opportunitiesthat meet customer needs
* Achieve Finance, Insurance, and lead generation sales targets
Qualifications
The skills we're looking for:
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for sales and driving success Ideally, you'll have at least 2 years of experience in automotive finance and/or insurance, with exposure to Salesforce being a bonus. While a degree or equivalent qualification in a business or finance discipline is preferred, it's your enthusiasm for vehicles and helping people continue their Mercedes-Benz ownership experience that truly sets you apart.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their role, prioritizes customer experience and satisfaction, and has a strong work ethic combined with a sense of fun. You will have proven ability to meet ambitious team and individual targets, experience in managing a broad range of tasks, excellent listening and communication skills, and a friendly, confident approach to sales and customer service.
