Accountabilities Create and articulate the product vision and strategic roadmap.
Continuously evaluate industry trends and customer feedback.
Serve as the voice of the customer during product decision-making.
Achieve consensus among stakeholders to prioritize backlog.
Translate solution ideas into actionable execution plans.
Drive analysis for buy-build-partner decisions.
Gather and prioritize product requirements for launches.
Manage vendor relationships and define deliverables.
Ensure compliance with legal and brand standards.
Triage and resolve production incidents collaboratively.
Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in product management.
Experience in innovation and development with limited resources.
Banking experience preferred with a focus on credit risk management.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
