About the opportunity
The Maintenance Supervisor is a part of the Service & Warranty Team.
In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to conduct 3-month maintenance checks post-handover and complete or co-coordinate defect rectification work in line with our contractual requirements and quality standards.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting 3-month maintenance checks, warranty inspections and investigations of new homes across the central and southern regions
Compiling reports on identified defects
Overseeing timely and quality completion of all identified work as per job sheets
Working on site with clients and communicating with clients to propose actions according to Service and Warranty guidelines and with various teams to provide information and updates on maintenance works
Following up outstanding works from trades and contractors as needed
Ensuring that all maintenance as per the defect list is completed to the highest quality
Complete inspection checklists for regional allocated display homes periodically or as required.
Complete detailed reports on site attendance and rectification work
Support the Construction team during the on-site journey
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
In addition, you will:
Trade background, ideally in Carpentry or similar field
Proven leadership experience, managing trades and contractors
Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflict whilst maintain client relations
Proficient using computers, and learning new systems
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process compliance
A positive growth mindset, willing to learn and develop your skills
The ability to work by yourself or within a team
A full driver's licence to operate company service vehicle
Willingness to travel to and from jobs as scheduled
