Account Manager - Corporate Travel This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, strengthen partnerships, drive account performance, and play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional travel management experience to every client. What you'll be doing: In this customer focused role, you will act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, delivering high-quality service and fostering ongoing strategic engagement. Nurture client relationships through tailored training presentations whilst managing the integration and onboarding of new clients. Drive account performance through comprehensive reviews and spend analysis, while negotiating with suppliers to maximise value and operational effectiveness. Develop and manage key relationships with travel and tech partners to optimise client outcomes. Drive account growth by identifying client needs and delivering tailored services with value-focused solutions. What we're looking for: Proven experience in corporate travel account management or business management. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive efficiencies. Excellent relationship management skills with corporate clients and travel industry suppliers. Confidence presenting insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders. Knowledge of travel technology platforms and industry trends.
