Key responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email
* Provide regular updates and ensure a positive customer experience
* Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines and deliverables
* Manage scheduling, logistics and dispatch requirements
* Resolve client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and project documentation
Skills & experience
* Previous experience in customer service, client liaison or administration
* Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
* High level of organisation with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to problem‐solve and work independently
* Competent in Microsoft Office and general systems
Highly regarded:
* Experience in construction, manufacturing, building or design environments
* Exposure to working with builders, architects or trades
