Key Responsibilities:
Process new orders, update current orders, and delivery updates to the client
Sales Quoting, Freight Quoting and Basic Freight Booking
Nurturing of key client's relationship
CRM Maintenance
Research of prospective opportunities and clients
Providing Back-End Support to the Sales Team
Ad hoc Sales Activities as assigned by Management
Involvement in assisting clients with Service Issues
Ideally you will have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internal and client-based.
Previous experience working in a Sales Administrator role or similar
Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management and organisational skills
