**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process new orders, update current orders, and delivery updates to the client
- Sales Quoting, Freight Quoting and Basic Freight Booking
- Nurturing of key client's relationship
- CRM Maintenance
- Research of prospective opportunities and clients
- Providing Back-End Support to the Sales Team
- Ad hoc Sales Activities as assigned by Management
- Involvement in assisting clients with Service Issues
**Ideally you will have**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internal and client-based.
- Previous experience working in a Sales Administrator role or similar
- Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and organisational skills
