Operations Coordinator position available | Range 70k-85k + super on offer | Full-Time Position | Hobart Based | Full Training Provided

Your new role

Day to day duties will include but not limited to:

* Plan and coordinating work activities to ensure that all work is completed/delivered on time and in accordance with schedule requirements and client expectations
* Liaise with existing and new commercial clients on major projects
* Full account management including (bills, invoices, accounts receivable /payable etc) using our Xero system
* Warehousing, logistic duties and inventory management on a daily basis
* Preparing quotations for commercial and residential clients
* Develop and maintain good relationships with both existing and potential clients, always promoting the positive image of the Company.
* Be able to upsell when possible
* Fantastic presentation phone manner
* Provide strong customer service and be the first point of contact.

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience as a coordinator/scheduler with warehousing experience in a similar industry or environment would be an advantage
* Excellent organisational, time management, communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks
* Forklift license or the ability to obtain one
* Ability to work autonomously or part of a small supportive team
* Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor
* Be comfortable dealing with clients and technicians over the phone and face to face.
* The drive and passion to deliver first class customer service
* Strong computer skills
* Have a proactive and helpful approach to tasks
* Possess a strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
* Current Drivers License
* Australian citizenship
