About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering great customer experiences, ensuring sales orders are processed accurately, and supporting branch operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Accurately quoting and processing sales orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure order fulfilment and on-time delivery.
- Promoting products and identifying upsell opportunities to achieve branch revenue and margin.
- Performing warehouse and operational duties such as inventory management and stock control.
- Contributing to a safe, efficient, and team-focused branch culture.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a wholesale/retail environment.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
- Forklift licence (required).
- Familiarity with HVAC, air‑conditioning, or refrigeration products (advantageous).
