* 6 + 6 Month Contract

Our client, a large Federal Government Department responsible for preventing, detecting and responding to criminal abuse of the financial system are looking for a Service Desk Analyst.

Duties of the Service Desk Analyst:

* Providing high-quality onsite and remote IT support, ensuring timely resolution of tickets for all staff, including support for Senior Executives.
* Managing and actioning service requests and incidents in alignment with established ITIL processes, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service.
* Administering core systems, user accounts, permissions, and network resources in accordance with organisational policies and security requirements.
* Working collaboratively with team members, platform teams, and external vendors to support the delivery of IT services.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Demonstrated technical expertise solving problems in a modern Microsoft end-user environment
* Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
* Hardware including Microsoft Surface Pro, Apple iPhones, Cisco Videoconferencing and MFDs, Microsoft 365, Office Apps and Exchange online.
* Basic Network Troubleshooting (VPN, LAN)
* ITSM tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
