A new opportunity for a highly motivated **Customer Service Officer -** **Level** **1** is now available to join the supportive and growing team.
This temp-to-perm position is located in **MIRRABOOKA **and commences on **Monday 27th November** where you will initially complete a **6-8 week induction** **training course**.
Once training is complete, you will be required to work in office Monday to Friday, with full-time 8 hour shifts between 7am - 7pm.
**The role**
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working as part of the demographic team and reporting to the Team Manager in South Australia. Part of your duties will be to provide general guidance on plan management services to clients and liaise with key service providers. With a keen eye for detail and accuracy, you will maintain client records in a confidential manner.
**Duties will include**:
- Receiving inbound calls from existing and prospective clients / providers
- Managing client budgets and processing invoices
- Reviewing client plans and re-connecting with existing clients
- Assisting with customer feedback and documenting accordingly
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties and support to the wider team
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you must reside in Western Australia and it's **essential** that you have already obtained the following clearances:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
To be considered you must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Prior experience in NDIS is highly desirable but not essential, as full training with be provided.
