We're looking for a full-time Social Media Executive to join our national team, based in Melbourne.
This role will primarily focus on Instagram and TikTok growth and content operations, with a strong focus on organic user acquisition and event/campaign exposure.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok accounts
* Support Xiaohongshu and Threads content operations
* Plan, write and publish social media content
* Research trends and optimise content performance
* Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations
* Support content shooting, editing and event coverage
* Assist with community engagement and audience interaction
Requirements
* Fluent Mandarin is required
* Minimum 1 year of Instagram account management experience
* Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Threads and Xiaohongshu trends
* Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
* Strong understanding of social media content and aesthetics
* Must provide social media profiles/accounts previously managed
Preferred
* Experience in food, lifestyle or local business content
* Experience working with influencers or social campaigns
